Because of the curated and surprise nature of these products, we do not guarantee that the contents will meet individual preferences or expectations. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
Product descriptions, availability, and offerings may be changed or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law. We may also limit quantities or availability by customer, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Mimi Joy Box. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or shipping restrictions.
Payment must be successfully authorized or processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Purchases, returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because certain Mimi Joy Box products contain curated or surprise selections, returns or refunds are not accepted solely because of personal preference, duplicate items, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the surprise contents, colors, styles, designs, or combinations received.
Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors as permitted by applicable law.

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
Unless otherwise expressly stated on our website, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or military bases.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, peak shipping periods, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
